Its been a year since the first time I set foot on the crater lake of the world’s smallest but active volcano, Taal. It is also a volcano with a very unique distinction among others in the world, “the largest island, inside of a lake, which is on an island, which is inside a lake, which is on an island”,
. I got more interested about this place in my hometown and that’s the reason why I am currently reading the book entitled, The Mysteries of Taal by Thomas Hargrove
. What I have just read so far was really unbelievable and amazing. I am discovering stories and researches which I guess unknown to many particularly the new generations of locals living around the lake. I am hoping to share the stories soon once I have finished reading the book. For now kindly take a look at the photos I took last year using my digital camera, Nikon Coolpix 8200
I am planning to go back weeks from now. If you wish to join the trip, please shoot an email at email@example.com or text me at 0915.280.8561. I am not a travel agency, This is just a fun trek for friends and interested folks, so we can split expenses as well.
There are different resorts in Talisay that offer a package tour to Taal Volcano. You can comment below if you need more information.
