Lake Mapanuepe is a lake formed after Mt. Pinatubo eruption and rains in 1991, where two barangays got submerged by the flood waters. Chyng, a travel blogger who went there last year said “Omg, so there’s a submerged village where we sailed! I tried to look at the water and there I saw a semi-clear vision of the community. Creepy! “

  1. If you were there last weekend..
Then we just missed each other.
Didnt know that there are other things I could visit in there.
I was so engrossed with the surfing.
I love this place in Liw-liwa..
    Page with a good vibe..
people chilling, beers in hand while enjoying the beach! :)
